Centres Seeking Approval with HAB

If you are seeking centre approval with HAB, please follow the steps below.

If you are already a HAB centre, and are looking to deliver other qualifications, simply complete a Qualification Approval Form (QAP) form which you can download here.

Our Customer Service Statement and Quality Assurance Manual will tell you everything you need to know about the delivery of HAB qualifications and the level of service you would expect from us.

Steps for Centre Approval

1. Read the guide on How to Become an Approved Centre.

2. Read our Self Assessment Checklist.

3. Print out and complete the following forms:

Centre Approval Form (CAP)

Qualification Approval Form (QAP)

Credit Application Form

Direct Debit Form

New Centre's Statement of Intent

4. Please return your completed forms to us:
